2. Refunds and Order Modifications
Refunds
- Refund requests are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date the refund request is received. Please note that the actual credit time may vary depending on your bank.
Order Changes
- Modifications to orders are at the sole discretion of FURNICREST.
- Changes may incur additional charges based on labor and material costs and may result in a revised delivery date.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items marked as “Clearance,” “Final Sale,” or “Display” items are not eligible
for cancellations, modifications, or refunds.
- Products purchased during a Sale are final and cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged. Additional discounts cannot be applied to Sale items.
Discounted Orders
- Refunds for discounted orders will exclude the discount amount. Please note that any vouchers used are single-use, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

3. 7-Day Price Protection
- If a product purchased from us is discounted within 7 days of your purchase, you may contact us within this time frame. Upon verification, we will provide store credits equal to the price difference.
