General Terms and Conditions
- Defect Reporting
§ Any visible defects or discrepancies in your order must be reported within 7 days of discovery by emailing info@furnicrest.com.
§ The report must include a detailed description of the issue along with
photographic evidence.
§ Failure to report within the specified timeframe will be considered acceptance of the product as delivered.
- Acknowledgment of Product Variations
§ As all furniture is handcrafted, minor variations in design, color, size, and finish are to be expected. These variations are inherent characteristics of handmade products and contribute to their unique aesthetic appeal.
- Proof of Purchase Requirement
§ Store your purchase receipt safely, as it is required for processing any warranty claims.

- Sofas, Armchairs, Beds, Storage Beds, Sofa Beds, Daybeds, Ottomans.
§ Frame structure: 1-Year Limited Warranty.
§ Soft furnishings (foam, fiber fillings, feathers, fabric covers, stitching, and leather): 1-Year Limited Warranty.
§ Other components (zippers, fasteners, springs, suspension, legs, movable mechanisms): 1-Year Limited Warranty.
- Dining Chairs: 1-Year Limited Warranty.
- TV Cabinets, Sideboards, Dining Tables, Bookcases, Free-Standing Shelving: 1- Year Limited Warranty.
- Wooden Bed Frames: 1-Year Limited Warranty.
- Lighting and Electrical Accessories: 1-Year Limited Warranty.
- Mattresses: 10-Year Limited Warranty (Exclusions apply):
§ Mattress fabric (stains, burns, pilling, loose covers).
§ Normal body indentations.
- Care and Usage
§ The warranty becomes void if the product is damaged due to improper care, harsh cleaning agents, abrasive materials, or unsuitable cleaning substances.
- Damage and Neglect
§ The warranty excludes damages resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, or mishandling, such as burns, cuts, scratches, tears, dents, discoloration, or damage caused by pets.
- Outdoor Use
§ Products used outdoors are not covered unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Unauthorized Modifications
§ Any alterations or repairs performed by the customer or unauthorized third parties will void the warranty.
- Non - FURNICREST Purchases
§ The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from FURNICREST.
- Repairs and Replacements
§ Items repaired or replaced under warranty will retain the original warranty’s
remaining duration.
§ For replacements, products must be returned in their original packaging to
prevent transit damage.
- Warranty Coverage
§ This warranty covers manufacturing defects reported within the warranty period, including costs for materials, replacement parts, labor, and shipping.
- Post-Warranty Defects
§ For defects identified after the warranty period, the customer will bear the cost of materials, replacement parts, labor, and shipping expenses.
§ Issues pertaining to comfort preferences (e.g., firmness or softness issues, which are subjective and not considered manufacturing defects).
§ Initial "new mattress" odor.

- Poufs, Cushions & Throws: 1-Year Limited Warranty.
- Bedding Products: 1-Year Limited Warranty.
- Tableware Products: 1-Year Limited Warranty.
- Mirrors and Wall Art: 1-Year Limited Warranty.
- Other Decor Items: 6-Month Limited Warranty.

CLAIM PROCEDURE
To initiate a claim, please email info@furnicrest.com, providing the order number
and images clearly showing the defects.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
- Natural Material Characteristics
§ Variations in grain patterns, color tones, and other natural marks inherent to materials like wood are not classified as defects.
- Wear and Tear Exclusion
§ This warranty does not cover deterioration from normal aging, including wear, staining, fading, or any other signs of regular use.
- Comfort Preferences
§ Personal comfort preferences or dissatisfaction with comfort levels are not
considered manufacturing defects.

- Initial Contact
Submit your claim via email to info@furnicrest.com, providing the following:
§ Your order number.
§ A detailed description of the issue.
§ Clear photographs showing the defect.
- Assessment
§ FURNICREST will review your claim and may request additional information if necessary. In some cases, a physical inspection of the product might be arranged.
- Resolution
§ Upon acceptance of the claim, FURNICREST will decide whether the item will be repaired or replaced. The resolution and subsequent steps will be communicated to the customer promptly.
